What Ridgerunner is

Ridgerunner is an investor research and intelligence tool for climate-tech founders. It surfaces and ranks investors by how well their thesis fits your company. It is informational research, not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and not a guarantee of funding or introductions. Matches are leads to verify independently; the underlying data is best-effort and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Accounts

You may start anonymously; verifying your email saves your map to you. One company maps to one account. Keep your access secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

The Active Fundraise Pass

The Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full map for your raise. It is sold by Polar Software, Inc. as the merchant of record; your purchase, billing, taxes, and refunds are governed by Polar's buyer terms. The price shown at checkout controls.

Acceptable use

Use Ridgerunner for your own fundraising research. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the data, and do not use it to send unsolicited bulk outreach. We perform no outreach on your behalf.

Third-party data

Investor information comes from public sources and a third-party intelligence engine and is provided as is. Spotted something wrong? Email hi@ridgerunner.earth and we will review it.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fundraising outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgerunner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us.

Intellectual property

The product and the compiled intelligence are ours; your own inputs remain yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel (to be finalized with counsel). We may update them and will note material changes. Contact: hi@ridgerunner.earth.
